Bergs Gård i Trosa
An experience farm with something for everyone
Bergs Gård is one of the oldest farms in Sörmland, beautifully located along the region’s stunning coastline just outside Trosa. Stay in a cosy country-style setting on the farm – or in a house by the sea.
This is more than just a place to stay – it’s an experience! In addition to food and accommodation, Bergs Gård offers nature-based activities for all ages.
The farm’s own MTB arena features skills courses, forest trails, bike rentals and a variety of lessons. There’s also a climbing wall, play areas for children, and a chance to meet the friendly farm animals.
Don’t miss the farm shop, where you’ll find organic and locally produced goods to take home.

Oxelösunds Äventyrspark
An adventurous treetop experience
At scenic Jogersö in Oxelösund, you’ll find Oxelösund Adventure Park – a true outdoor playground filled with climbing, play and exciting nature activities beyond the ordinary.
Here, you’ll soar through the treetops on high rope courses and ziplines. Combining climbing, courage, sport and fun, you’ll navigate thrilling obstacles high above the ground.
It’s an adventurous and challenging experience that’s sure to give you butterflies!

A forest adventure for the whole family
Welcome to a true forest adventure – fun for both kids and adults! Climb through obstacle courses of varying difficulty, try forest frisbee golf or terrain football golf.
Along Tilda’s nature trail, you’ll learn more about the animals of the forest, and at the bird exhibition, you can see and discover Sweden’s most common bird species.
In the play barn, imagination and creativity can run wild. Outdoors, children can meet friendly animals like mini pigs, rabbits and hens in the pet enclosures.
When hunger strikes, grill sausages over the campfire or grab a bite in the café. You can even book an overnight stay in the woodland village on the slopes of Palstorp – and why not reserve the outdoor wood-fired pizza oven for a cozy evening meal?
Tolfta gård
Discover Sörmland from horseback – stay on a farm
Do you want to explore the beautiful Sörmland nature from horseback? Then Tolfta farm is something for you. Here you can come for trail riding and enjoy riding along lakes, up hills, cozy forest roads, and continue on the marked Ridled Sörmland trail. The tours are tailored to the rider’s skill level in terms of riding and map reading. You can ride out in a group, individually with a map, or with a guide. There are several different riding packages to book, from a few hours with a snack to several days with overnight stays.
The farm also offers five charming cabins for overnight stays, each with classic rural charm. Each cabin is unique in terms of both size and layout. In addition to horses, the farm is home to cows, chickens, and pygmy goats. The farm operates as an organic-certified (KRAV) farm and Tolfta farm is also one of the host farms in Ridled Sörmland.
Escape Room
Collaborate, find clues, and solve the puzzles together to escape
Do you thirst for excitement and enjoy solving puzzles? Then the Escape Room bank heist in Eskilstuna might be something for you. Here, you work together against the clock to escape from a locked room. The activity must be pre-booked and is suitable for groups of 2–7 people. Suitable for children from the age of 8, with adult supervision.

Lida Gård
A perfect family day out in the heart of Sörmland – discovery trails and more
Head to Lida Gård in Flen and meet the king of the forest along Lida’s nature trail. Children and adults alike can learn more about animals and nature while walking this exciting and fun trail, featuring life-sized models of wild animals. The trail is about 1 km long and includes a playful quiz walk along the way.
You’ll also find the “Hitta Vilse” trail by the Swedish Civil Protection Association – a highly educational walk with eight stations that teaches children and adults what to do if they ever get lost in the forest.
Great fun and learning for the whole family! There’s even a small workshop cabin inspired by Emil of Lönneberga, perfect for children to play in.
When hunger strikes, Restaurant Lida Gård serves homemade meals made from scratch. The café offers delicious pastries baked with flour from the neighbouring Warbro Kvarn.
In the farm’s old barn you’ll find Kvalité Häst & Hund, Sörmland’s largest equestrian shop – offering a carefully curated selection of products for horses, dogs, hunting, home décor and fashion.
Lida Gård is beautifully located next to Stenhammar Castle.
Boda Borg
Adventurous, clever and fun – together
In Oxelösund, you’ll find the adventure house Boda Borg – a place where you, your family, friends or colleagues can take on exciting Quests with different themes.
Team up and challenge yourselves through problem-solving, physical obstacles and creative thinking – a guaranteed fun experience filled with surprises!
Some of the themes include space, farm life and prison escape. There’s also a small café on site for a well-earned break.
Äventyr 4 you
Challenging high-altitude adventure
The adventure course in Vilsta is a high-altitude course with 25 stations. At heights from five to nine meters among the treetops and ends with a zipline. The course is suitable for adults and children over 8 years of age (see height recommendations on the website). A visit usually takes about 2 hours and is a bookable activity for groups from eight people and is located in Vilsta nature reserve in Eskilstuna. If you’re eager to challenge yourself, grow mentally, and push boundaries – this activity is for you!
