The ritual follows a set order, allowing your body to gradually adapt to the contrast between warm and cold experiences. You’ll walk through it at your own pace, together with your companion. The full experience takes around two hours – a true moment of wellness for both body and soul.
Blommenhof Hotel
In Skogens Ro (“The Peace of the Forest”), you’ll experience a true sense of spa and relaxation in Sörmland. Settle down on the warm mosaic bench and feel the Kolmården marble beneath your feet. You can also enjoy the unique experience of the floating sauna. After a short walk along the nature trail and down the steps to the lake, you’ll find the sauna raft waiting. In between sauna sessions, take a refreshing dip in the lake – or, during winter, plunge into the ice hole for a truly invigorating moment. Private bookings are available for both experiences.
