Our animals are slaughtered at Närkes Slakteri and butchered at Närke Kött in Kumla. It is our nearest geographically located slaughterhouse, all to ensure the shortest possible transport distances.

The carcasses hang for about a week before they are butchered and the meat is vacuum-packed. The minced beef is frozen immediately and has a long shelf life. We tenderize the cuts for you. Therefore, they stay with us in controlled cooling at +2 C for an additional two to three weeks.

Our beef can be purchased in 10 kg boxes. The cuts can vary from 800 gr to 1050 gr, and we always make up the weight with minced beef. Tenderloin can be purchased separately alongside the meat box for 600 SEK/kg. Tenderloin can be purchased separately alongside the meat box. There is so very little tenderloin.

Each box comes with a breeding guarantee that includes farm name, ID number, breed, and sex. We also specify the carcass’s fat, class, and weight.
