Lindeborgs Eco Retreat is beautifully situated at the end of the road by lake and forest, outside Nyköping, 120 km from Stockholm. Here you can unwind, enjoy a peaceful and beautiful environment, and maybe even learn something new.
The retreat is part of a living organic farm of 74 hectares. Here we create rich ecosystems for life in all its forms. As a guest, you will encounter everything from mighty oaks, ponds, and traditional hay meadows to chickens, sheep, and the cultivation of a variety of vegetables, fruits, and berries.
Experience farm-to-table with all senses in our farm kitchen
At Lindeborgs Eco Retreat, we create holistic experiences of organic, local Södermanland ingredients. During weekends when the Farm Kitchen is open, the farm’s chef Peter Andersson (formerly restaurant Volt) invites a special guest chef. Together, we create vegetarian gourmet experiences in at least six courses plus snacks. The ingredients come from our own farm or just around the corner in Södermanland. When we can, it’s harvested on the farm just an hour before serving.u200b
