Högtorp Farm
A homestead where people have lived and worked since the 1600s. Forest, land, animals, and plants have supported those who lived here, adapted to the changing ideas and needs over time. Since 2011, it has been a time for wild flavors, captured and refined from a characteristic Sörmland part of Mälarmården with a palette of forests, hills, wetlands, pastures, and cultivated land. Högtorp Farm is owned and operated today by the couple Lena Engelmark Embertsén and Ola Engelmark, who are a chemical engineer and a forest ecologist, respectively.
