On our farm in Malmköping, the family has produced fresh milk for several generations.
From this fresh milk, we have so far produced more than 70 different varieties of ice cream that vary according to the season. Our sorbets are made from fresh or frozen fruits and berries (depending on the season).
The ice cream we produce contains no preservatives or colorings, only natural ingredients. We use milk from a neighboring farm, St. Dahl in Dunker, approximately 8 km from Grinda. The Södermanland eggs we use are cracked by hand. Fruits and berries are mostly grown in the local area. Either in our own garden or from friends and acquaintances. Making our ice cream is a true craft. The fact is that there is a difference between ice cream and ice cream.
