At Bakery Speceri, we bake lots of delicious bread using organically grown grains. We bake our bread with sourdough and let the bread rise slowly over a long period to become moist, flavorful, and durable.
Every day, all year round, we then bake the bread in our stone ovens.
At our place, only real butter crosses the threshold, and most of what we use, from eggs to spices, is organic. We work, among other things, with Warbro Kvarn’s stone-ground flours from original grains and collaborate with many producers from Sörmland.
