Sörmland is a rich apple landscape with the most unique apple varieties in Sweden. Sörmland’s Cider Mill continues this proud history by pressing apples from manors, farms, and gardens.
In our cider mill, we cold-press about 2 kg of freshly harvested apples for each liter of cider. To increase the shelf life of the cider, we gently heat-treat it. Since the apple varieties vary, the taste and color may also vary slightly between different packaging, but we always guarantee a delicious cider made from natural ingredients.
