In 2014, Jimmy Nygren and Kalle Olofsson started the restaurant Two Small Boars in Årsta. The idea for Two Small Boars came from their longing for a restaurant in Stockholm that served smørrebrød, good beer, and snaps. Over the years, Two Small Boars has received several awards, including Spirit Restaurant of the Year in 2016. Besides the awards, the business has also evolved by expanding and refining the concept.
