A visit to Palstorp adventure farm is a simple and fun way for the family to get out in nature and be active. The farm has activities suitable for everyone, from small children up to teenagers and of course also adults.
– You don’t come here to sit with a cup of coffee and scroll on your phone, says Marie Hansson, one of the owners of the farm. Here everyone gets to stay active together.
Palstorp adventure farm and forest village is located in the scenic Kiladalen, south of Nyköping. At an ideal excursion distance from several larger cities like Stockholm, Norrköping and Linköping. Here, the whole family can easily stay engaged for many hours, while enjoying the fresh forest air.
On the farm there are, among other things, obstacle courses of different difficulty levels, playgrounds, football golf, frisbee golf, zip lines and slackline and a large play barn. On Tilda’s nature trail, children can learn more about the forest’s animals. Don’t miss the combined art and information exhibition about birds in the Sörmland nature.
– We have created Palstorp adventure farm to encourage people to go out into nature and be active. It should be a fun adventure. At the same time, it is important that it feels easygoing and pressure-free to come here. We have many challenging activities, but if you feel uncertain, you can always step back and choose something else. We really want to encourage families to do something active together.
When you’ve been in the forest all day, food tastes extra good. Feel free to bring your own picnic. If you want to grill, there are prepared grill spots. In the café, you can buy ice cream and simple meal packages. There is also charcoal and matches available, for those who didn’t bring their own.

Baking pizza in a wood-fired oven or grilling sausages and telling stories around the campfire becomes a lifelong memory for the whole family.
Fourteen beds are divided into three cabins, summer of 2020 the cabins are rented out to max two groups at a time to avoid crowding in shared areas like the outdoor kitchen and toilets.
– We invite you to a playful stay where you can feel you’re in the forest. In one of the cabins, the central pillar is a 100-year-old pine that also holds up four sleeping hammocks available in the cabin. In another cabin, we have built in a large rock as a seating area, says Marie.
– Even in the forest village we want our guests to truly feel that they are in nature. There is no electricity or running water and you have to cook your meals in the outdoor kitchen.
