I offer various guided hikes, tours, and courses:
- Hikes – explore the Sörmland landscape on foot and take advantage of a wealth of information about the plants, animals, and landscape you walk through. Move mindfully and enjoy the moment. Combination with cultural activities is possible.
- Road Trips – do you want to discover Sörmland’s gems without organizing much yourself? Please share your interests, and I will offer a personal excursion tailored to your wishes and needs. I also help find and book accommodation that suits you.
- Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) – A stay in the forest is relaxing. Combined with selected exercises, the positive effects can be enhanced. Learn what “forest bathing” is about and experience for yourself how beneficial it is to practice mindfulness in nature. I bring my instrument “Handpan,” which offers a special sound experience, especially in nature.
- Handpan Music – Let yourself be inspired by the sound of my instrument “Handpan.” You can either book my live music for your event or experience the special sound in combination with a forest bath. With the help of the meditative sounds, it’s easy to release all thoughts and focus on the present moment.
- Land-Art – Let yourself be inspired by the richness in form and color in nature and create individual artworks with natural materials. The character of Land-Art is characterized by the transition of objects that remain in nature and decompose faster or slower. An artwork can hardly be more natural.
