Kulturstig i Gamla Oxelösund

As early as the 1600s, there was a fort and a tavern at Oxelö Sound. Here, pilots built their own homes during the 1870s, and this is the community now known as Old Oxelösund.

Visitors can follow a cultural trail that begins at Lotsberget and passes through this idyllic natural and cultural environment with old traditions.

Follow the signage Cultural Trail and blue markings to find your way. Please be considerate of the residents by keeping to the trail and blue markings. The jetties along the trail are private and should therefore not be accessed. Thank you and have a nice tour!
