Blacksta Vineyard is a small romantic vineyard facing south along Lake Långhalsen, in the heart of Sörmland’s beautiful landscape. Here, among rune stones and Viking graves, lies the approximately 3.5-hectare vineyard, consisting of well-known grape varieties such as Merlot, Chardonnay, and Vidal Blanc.
The latter grape variety is transformed into the internationally renowned and special Blaxsta Vidal ice wine. At the vineyard, the wines are produced using a traditional cold fermentation method and are completely natural without the addition of sulfur, color, and aromas.
After an exciting guided tour of the vineyard and winery, it is excellent to enjoy a dinner at restaurant Kung Blacke. Our menus are constantly changing according to the season and the availability of our homegrown vegetables, forest, meadow, and lake delicacies, and of course, accompanied by a matching Blaxsta wine package. The vineyard also has a wonderful hotel with 15 beautifully decorated double rooms, many of which have en-suite hot tubs or saunas.
