Permanent Exhibitions
About 70 vehicles from the 1920s to the 2000s showcase the technology and military historical development.Experience environments, stories, facts, and the human fates from these centuries. We preserve the knowledge and experience that is necessary for future visitors to get an accurate picture of our military history.


Thematic Exhibitions
Vehicles that do not have a regular placement in the museum are displayed at the end of the permanent exhibition.


Figure Museum
Thousands of hand-painted tin figures displayed in various environments.


Royal Södermanland Regiment
The exhibition shows the regiment’s history from the 1300s until its disbandment in 2005.


Soldier’s Cottage
Step into a unique residence from the allotment system era and experience the living conditions of the 14 soldiers’ families who lived in the cottage.


The Soldier and the Cottage
Tells and shows about the allotted soldier, his family, and the civilian society in a separate exhibition.


Children’s Arsenalen
It’s a great joy to see the children’s curious eyes when they come through our doors, often exchanged for a big smile when they leave. There are challenging activities along the tour in the exhibition. Don’t miss visiting our very popular playroom where you can climb on vehicles and try on uniforms.

World of Tanks
Try the World of Tanks computer game with us, where you can test out all functions in the game, including Swedish tanks.


Shop
There is a varied assortment of literature, models, and our immensely popular children’s range. The little souvenir or treat is also available

Café
Here you will find the essential coffee break, but also more substantial sandwiches for those who are hungry. We also have child-friendly options for the little ones.
