Pizza and campfire hangout in the forest village
In the forest kitchen, there is a wood-fired oven where you will bake the tastiest of pizzas.
We have created a recipe with flavors from Sörmland – Palstorps forest pizza. A wood-fired pizza with tomato sauce, kale, bell pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and flat-smoked wild boar from Vrena Game. It is then topped with small green leaves and creamy chanterelle cheese.
The pizza is also delicious as a vegetarian dish.
You start your stay in the forest kitchen by lighting the fires in the oven and campfire. Then you cook the pizza together in the forest kitchen following the instructions. When the pizza is ready, you enjoy it at one of the rustic tables while the campfire crackles.
Afterwards, it’s time to brew coffee over the campfire and make classic S’mores. Enjoy the camaraderie and tranquility of the forest.
Forest sauna - a calm and warm oasis in the forest
Enjoy a delightful time in our wood-fired sauna and the relaxation and washing area under the magnificent sky.
Our sauna and relaxation area is a place for unwinding in the forest. The heat in the sauna stimulates blood circulation and benefits the muscles. Tensions dissipate, and a sense of well-being arises. Here there is time for reflection, recovery, conversation and laughter.
The sauna takes about 30-40 minutes to heat up once the fire is started. The fire also heats the water so you can wash in the traditional way in the washing area. You pour out the hot water and mix it with cold water to reach the right temperature. Then, you scoop it over yourself when you want to rinse off after your sauna bath. Sauna fragrances with various effects are available for use if you want to create your own aromatic sauna.
