We offer you a modern combination of cycling, personal development, and beautiful nature experiences. In a group or individually. Just based on the context you want to be in. With Mountain biking, you develop your own personal ability, while getting fresh air and good exercise.
Veronica Carlsson, who owns the company, is certified by Sweden by Bike as a cycling guide. All the leaders are trained by the Friluftsfrämjandet’s MTB section as MTB leaders.
Everyone also has training in First Aid, CPR, and airway obstruction L-ABCDE.
It’s safe, joyous, and professional.
