We are two childhood friends who, in 2019, started with a vision to create something new for the dining table.
The ambition was local production with locally grown ingredients that would taste a bit more.
We began by giving our Swedish rapeseed oil a dash of citrus, then we created a more adult ketchup. After that, we expanded with flavors from the forest, the Mediterranean, and the West Indies, in both the rapeseed oil and our honey-sweetened ketchup.
Today, the business has grown to include mustard and other grilling accessories, marmalades, jams, and chutneys according to season and availability, biscotti in several different flavors, hand-picked funnel chanterelles, as well as pâtés, and burgers.
