Bageri Speceri Eskilstuna

At Bakery Speceri, we bake lots of delicious bread using organically grown grains. We bake our bread with sourdough and let the bread rise slowly over a long period to become juicy, flavorful, and sustainable.

Every day, year-round, we then bake the bread in our stone ovens.

Only real butter crosses our threshold, and most things from eggs to spices are organic. We work with Warbro Kvarn’s stone-ground flours made from original grains and collaborate with many Sörmland producers.

Our bakery is built to showcase the craft we do, so don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have about flavors, sourdough, bread, and flour. Welcome!
